The exhibition “GRADUATION-23” is the inaugural project at the Parking Gallery in Zaryadye Park, opened in celebration of City Day.

More than 200 graduates in the fields of fine and contemporary art, architecture and construction, industrial design, gaming, and graphic design have come together to showcase their works at a single venue.

The exhibition is multifaceted: architectural drawings and models coexist with works in ceramics, glass, and textiles, alongside illustrations and video art, original design objects and photography, computer games, and theatrical costumes.

The exhibits are divided into stands representing educational institutions and thematic zones.

Among the participating universities are the Surikov Moscow Art Institute, Stroganov Moscow State University of Arts and Industry, Ilya Glazunov Academy, School-Studio of the Moscow Art Theatre (MHAT), Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK), Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS), Rodchenko School of Photography and Multimedia, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), Joseph Bakstein Institute of Contemporary Art, and many others.

“GRADUATION-23” is a debut for many emerging artists and a source of inspiration for those who are just starting their creative journey.

The visual concept of “GRADUATION” is constructed through a combination of the architectural design of the space and focal lighting of the exhibits.

The expansive colonnade becomes the leitmotif of the space through the use of graphic patterns of light and shadow.

Thanks to the use of a consistent color temperature of 3500K, the project embodies an elegant and restrained coherence, maintaining a light and bold character.
