The exhibition dedicated to the 800th anniversary
of Nizhny Novgorod. The event presents more
than 300 icons and objects of Russian sacred
art of the 15th – 20th centuries.
Our lighting design bureau prepared a lighting project
for paintings and jewelry, icons and relics, images of saints,
manuscripts and early printed books.
Looking for the perfect solution for exhibit lighting,
we researched the materials, colors and textures of icons
from different periods and made a mockup in an old temple.
